Today is the day we choose our business partner but the
thing did not go well as we all plan last week where we want to join Mr Marcus group
but we end up go to Mr Chuah group where I did not do much on the request from
Mr Chuah like we prepare for the Mr Marcus. As the first choosing time end, Mr
Chuah really happy to accept in his group and give as the first assignment
where we need to go to the SSM to register our company. After Mr Chuah left we
all feel relive but for me I felt a bit disappointed where we already collect a
lot of information for Mr Marcus but we did not show him anything that we have
because those two guys change their attention to Mr Chuah.

Today we are collecting information of what we going to
encounter when we go to SSM, so the first person that we go and ask is Mr
Marcus, he told as that the SSM is located near to KL Central and we need to
prepare to pay for a registering fee and he also told as that we can see the
registering sheet online. We find out that we can just print it out and fill
the form so we do not need to fill it when we go there. We plan to go before
the Chinese New Year start.
7 February 2013
We all agree to meet at the SSM at the KL Central at 9am,
Kishen and Kavi go there by motor bike and I go on by monorail. Even though I use
GPS but I still go around the building five times where my GPS say that the
building is still far away but actually the building is just in front of me,
that make me the last one arrive at 10:45am. So we go on to the SSM building
and go to the register counter to submit the register form but we have a bit
problem where they say that we fill in the wrong form, the form that we print
before is for renewing the partnership. Is a bit difficult to fill the form
this time where we have been giving five forms to fill in, two for the details
of the partnership we want to establish and three more for our detail. After that
we go to the counter to submit the form we fill, they ask for RM 70 for the
register fee and ask as to wait so they can register our company name in the
SSM online data, it take about 30minute. After the registering finish they give
as our company number.

The first meeting to discuss our plan with Mr Chuah, we all inform
him that we already done on registering our own company. Mr Chuah tell as what
are the purpose of registering the company, he want as to experience on how do
people create their company and where there go to do that. On the meeting Mr
Marcus assign me to get the support latter from the collage so that it will be
our prove that we are still studying.
25 February 2013
I go and ask the admin for the latter which he ask me to ask
it from our school dean, so here come the problem where in our group there is
two course, DCA and DHM which on the different school. So I go to my school
dean, they say that if I want the support latter I need to go to the admin, I felt
like frustration I needed to go here and then past it back to the first place I
go before again, the answer from the admin are still the same. Mr Chuah calls for the meeting on the next
day.
26 February 2013
Second meeting, discuss about the support latter and a new
assignment giving, creating the prospecting latter and plan for a tour using
hop on and hop off buss. Mr Chuah also mention that there also a night package where they will go on the bus at night and the also give a diner in the package, there is also a student package but it is not the same as the normal package where it offer three route not the same as normal package the full route.It was decided that the tour is on third March.

Today we go on to a tour on the hop on and hop off, it was a
good journey from Lot 10 to the Titiwangsa and back again to the Lot 10. It was
tiring journey but it was really fun.
Hop on and hop off are double dacker bus, it is really comftable ride

Discussion on the tour, from my opinion, the tour is for us
to know the Woking area so that it will be easy for us to work on. On the
meeting we also discuss about on the prospecting latter which it is done, now
the only thing left is the sale kits slide and the access to the tenant’s contacts.
I and Marcus have been assigning to arrange the meeting with the leasing
manager. Mr Marcus came to save as on the support latter which he offers to
help getting it.

Mr Chuah post additional assignment in the facebook where we
need to help BukitBintang.com to have like 10000 in a week and prepare plan B
if the leasing manager did not went to well.
8 March 2013
Meeting which I did not go because no one tells me, no one
even sms me. I felt like I miss a lot of stuff but luckly that Marcus tell me
what happen, it is a relive if we got some one
as a backup if my own team cannot gavi me anything. Mr Chuah says that the sale kits will be done
next week so that the meeting is postponing to the next week Tuesday.

Marcus told me that he want to meet the leasing manager tomorrow.

I and Marcus go to the BTS. SDN. BHD at the 8flr to get the
contact with the leasing manager, we get the phone number and contact him but
he is busy. In addition I ask the front desk of BTS which on who we going to
contact if want to promote something and she tell me we need to go to the
promoting department, the information I get is for the plan B if the manager
reject us.

One more meeting, Mr Chuah ask as to wait until next week
for the manager respone. Mr Chuah also assigns Marcus to collect the data on
the Bukit Bintang merchant for the plan B

Mr Chuah announces that Marcus group will be going to the
final. Marcus did ask Mr Chuah he want a one last time meeting on the 25 of
March, but he did not reply.
